Rayven Evans joined the Michigan State football program in September 2023 as the assistant director of on-campus recruiting and operations.
Evans assists with overseeing the day-to-day recruiting operations of the program, including acting as the primary liaison for recruiting travel, coordinating recruiting communication, and planning all on-campus visits. She also helps assist in the management and supervision of student assistants in the recruiting department.
Evans also worked as a student recruiting assistant for the Spartans for two years while earning her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State in May 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree in management and a minor in sports management from the Eli Broad College of Business at MSU.
Evans is currently pursuing her MBA from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.
