Ty Woodruff is in his fifth season on the Spartan football staff in 2024. He was promoted to Director of Football Technology in 2022 after serving as the assistant director of football technology his first two years in East Lansing.
Prior to arriving at Michigan State, Woodruff spent one year as a football video intern at Georgia (2019-20). He also was a creative intern for the Georgia Swarm, a professional indoor lacrosse team in Duluth, Georgia.
Woodruff graduated from Jacksonville State in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management. While attending school, he was a video student assistant at Jacksonville State for five years (2014-19).
