We had pretty much everyone from the team over the house Sunday to watch the USA-Canada game in our living room. The Canadians brought their flags over which was funny. I thought it was a really good game. I thought the final score really didn't tell the story. Of course, I am a goalie watcher and thought both goalies played really well. Martin Brodeur came out with some big saves. I thought Richter really stood out.
I caught the end of the Olympic closing ceremonies Sunday night. I was running around a little that day. I didn't get really sit down to watch TV except for the hockey game. I didn't have too much for school so I just hung out. I have four tests in two days three weeks from now. I'm going to start a paper this week for class, but it's not due for another month.
Last weekend against Miami, I thought we played well on Friday night especially. Saturday, we had a little lapse in the second period, but thought we showed good character to come back and get the win. This weekend, we have Senior Night Saturday. Senior Night is always a special night. We have some great seniors this year, so if we can send them out with a bang like we have the last couple of years, it would be great.
