It was a good practice (today in Ann Arbor). We're just getting a feel for Yost. Usually, we come down here and play a game. Having a practice is a little different. I think the boys looked good out there. They're on their game.

I'm just looking to give the guys a chance to win. That's what I expect of myself every night. Just go out there and give the guys a chance to put a few pucks in, have a lead and keep it. As a team, I just expect us to work hard. If we hit the post six times, it was meant to be. If it happens, it happens. If we win, we're moving on against Minnesota and we'll take it from there.

I feel better having a chance to get into the environment and look around before we play tomorrow.
