Spartan Football Fans Invited To Attend Signing Day Announcement

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State football fans are invited to join head coach John L. Smith and his coaching staff for the Spartan Football Signing Day Announcement on Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 6 p.m. EST at Tripper's, located at 354 Frandor Ave. in Lansing. The Signing Day Announcement will be conducted in the Comedy Zone at Tripper's.
Coach Smith will release the names of the 2005 recruiting class, distribute bios and show video highlight clips of the signees.
The doors to the Comedy Zone will open at 5 p.m., and fans are encouraged to call Tripper's for reservations at (517) 336-0717. A capacity crowd (approximately 350 fans) attended the 2004 Spartan Football Signing Day Announcement.
Media Advisory: Per NCAA regulations regarding booster functions, the announcement at Tripper's is closed to the media.
