MacEachern Named Big Ten Third Star of the Week

EAST LANSING - Michigan State junior winger Mackenzie MacEachern was named the Big Ten Third Star of the Week, it was announced by the conference office on Nov. 24.
MacEachern scored a pair of power-play goals last weekend against Michigan Tech and added an assist on Sunday for his fifth multi-point game of the season.
He is currently on a career best four-game scoring streak and five-game point streak, registering eight points over the span. The native of Troy is tied for the team lead in both goals (7) and points (13).
It is MacEachern's second career weekly award and first this season.
The Spartans host No. 5 North Dakota this Friday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.
