EAST LANSING, Mich. - As the Michigan State football team begins spring practice this week, relive some of the top moments from the 2015 season. In the third and final installment, msuspartans.com counts down the top offensive plays of the year.
2015 - TOP OFFENSIVE PLAYS/MOMENTS OF THE YEAR
1. "The Drive" - LJ Scott caps off 22-play drive with TD to win Big Ten Championship over No. 4 Iowa.
2. "Cook Makes History" - Connor Cook named Unitas Award winner & Big Ten's top quarternback, sets multiple school records.
3. "All-Americans" - Two Spartan linemen - center Jack Allen and left tackle Jack Conklin - were named first-team All-Americans .
4. "Burb named Big Ten's Best" - Aaron Burbridge named B1G Receiver of the Year, sets single-season record for catches.
5. "Back-up QBs Take Down Ohio State" - Tyler O'Connor and Damion Terry lead Spartans to win in Columbus.
6. "Trevon Comes Up Big….Again" - Trevon Pendleton's 74-yard reception cuts deficit to 23-21 at No. 12 Michigan, helps set up game-winning "Rangers" play in win over Wolverines.
7. "Price is Right" - Josiah Price sets school record for most career touchdowns by a tight end.
8. "Scott Named Freshman of the Week…Twice" - LJ Scott recognized for standout performances against Oregon and Purdue.
9. "Acrobatic Catches" - Spartan wide receivers make spectacular plays.
10. "First Career Touchdowns" - Six Spartans score their first career touchdowns in 2015.
