East Lansing, Mich. -- Season ticket renewals and new tickets for the upcoming 2021 Michigan State volleyball season are now available (July 6) at the Spartan ticket office.Â
Â
With fans being welcomed back to Michigan State sporting events this fall, MSU has a slate of 18 home matches. Not included in the package is the annual Green and White Exhibition match which has free admission.
Â
Adult reserved seats are $80 per seat for the season, while adult general admission season tickets are $64. For three groups - youth (ages 9-18), seniors (ages 55+) and MSU employees – a reserved season ticket is $64, and a general admission seat is $48.Â
Â
Current MSU students and youth aged eight and under receive free admission to MSU volleyball home matches.
Â
"It was tough for us without our supporters there in person, we are thrilled to welcome our fans back home to Jenison Field House," says Spartan head coach Cathy George. "We know the energy and excitement that our passionate fans bring to our home games, and it was never more apparent than when we had to go without it during the 2020-21 campaign. The robust home schedule will allow us to really showcase not only our team, but the best volleyball in the country night-in and night-out as the Big Ten promises to be as competitive as ever. We are all very much looking forward to the start of our season."
Â
The Spartans will play 18 home matches at Jenison Field House this season. Three of MSU's four pre-Big Ten weekends will be played at Jenison Field House, including the season-opening (Aug. 27-28) Auto-Owners Insurance Spartan Invitational, the Green and White Classic Tournament in the final weekend of pre-B1G action, and a weekend featuring matchups against ACC foes Duke and North Carolina. In all, the Spartans will play eight non-conference matches at home, and with an additional six neutral-site matches between the two tournament weekends, volleyball fans will certainly enjoy a significant amount of high-caliber matches before the Big Ten season even gets underway.Â
Â
In Big Ten Conference play, the league resumes its previous scheduling model with 10 home and 10 road matches.  The Big Ten schedule begins in East Lansing on October 8-9, with Ohio State, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Maryland, Iowa, Penn State, Rutgers, Illinois and Northwestern all making an appearance in East Lansing in addition to archrival Michigan, a match scheduled for Sunday, November 21. Â
