SOPHOMORE (2020):  Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten selection ...  Posted a 4.85 ERA in an abbreviated season where she threw just 8.2 innings ...  Went 4.2 innings as the starter vs. Cal at the FIU Invitational (2/7-9), allowing just one earned run ... REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019): Â Was limited by a nagging injury throughout the season ... Tossed 40 innings in 18 appearances ... Owned a 2-3 overall record with a 5.78 ERA ... Threw 11.0 innings and allowed just one earned run at the FIU invitational (2/8-10), including a complete-game shutout vs. FIU in her collegiate debut ... HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter and letterwinner at Brentsville District High School ... Helped guide her team to tie for third place at the Virginia 3A State Championships as a freshman and sophomore, and finished third at the East Regional in 2016 ... Virginia Conference 27 runner-up in 2013 and won it in 2014, and then won the Virginia Conference 28 championship in 2016... Three-time First Team Virginia Conference 27/28 honors and the Player of the Year in 2015, 2016 and 2017 ... Washington Post All-Met Second Team (2015) and Honorable Mention (2016, 2017) ... Over her scholastic career, went 74-15 with 34 shutouts, nine perfect games, (tied for third all-time in the Virginia High School League) eight one-hitters and one no-hitter, striking out 793 batters and walking just 30 in 569 innings pitched, boasting a 1.14 ERA ... Was nearly as prolific in high school at the plate, boasting a .462 batting average, .507 on-base pct., 24 homers (seventh, VHSL), 124 RBI (ninth, VHSL), and 35 doubles (tied-second, VHSL) ...
