Helped guide her team to tie for third place at the Virginia 3A State Championships as a freshman and sophomore, and finished third at the East Regional in 2016 ... Virginia Conference 27 runner-up in 2013 and won it in 2014, and then won the Virginia Conference 28 championship in 2016... Three-time First Team Virginia Conference 27/28 honors and the Player of the Year in 2015, 2016 and 2017 ... Washington Post All-Met Second Team (2015) and Honorable Mention (2016, 2017) ... Over her scholastic career, went 74-15 with 34 shutouts, nine perfect games, (tied for third all-time in the Virginia High School League) eight one-hitters and one no-hitter, striking out 793 batters and walking just 30 in 569 innings pitched, boasting a 1.14 ERA ... Was nearly as prolific in high school at the plate, boasting a .462 batting average, .507 on-base pct., 24 homers (seventh, VHSL), 124 RBI (ninth, VHSL), and 35 doubles (tied-second, VHSL) ...
