INDOOR: Delivered an All-American sophomore campaign as one of the premier shot putters in the nation... Opened the season with a first-place finish in the shot put at the GVSU Holiday Open, recording a mark of 18.45m, while also placing sixth in the weight throw (17.79m)... Captured the shot put title at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational with an 18.31m toss... Recorded a dominant victory at the Meyo Invitational, winning the shot put with a heave of 19.09m... Continued his winning streak at the Michigan Invitational, taking first place with an 18.97m throw... Secured a season-best mark of 19.62m (second furthest throw in MSU history) at the Silverston Invitational to claim first place and move into the top 10 of the national rankings... Scored for the Spartans at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, finishing fourth overall in the shot put with a mark of 19.39m...
