OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the steeplechase and ran 9:09.67... Ran a season-best and won the steeplechase in a time of 8:59.48 at the Jesse Owens Track Classic... Finished 14th in the steeplechase at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 9:13.35... Won the steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays and finished in a time of 9:16.16.
INDOOR: Finished fifth in the 3,000m run at both the Notre Dame Invitational and the Hillsdale-Wide Track Classic... Ran the 5k at the GVSU Big Meet Invite, finishing in a time of 14:52.17.

OUTDOOR: Ran a season-best 3:59.77 in the 1,500m at the Raleigh Relays ... Earned sixth in the 3,000m steeple chase with a time of 9:43.96 at the Spartan Invitational ... Posted a fourth-place 9:52.05 in the 3,00m steeple chase at the EMU Twilight meet ... Ran a season-best 9:39.26 in the 3,000 steeple chase at the Hillsdale College GINA Relays.
INDOOR: Ran a time of 8:41.82 and finished fifth in the 3,000m run at the Notre Dame Invite ... Competed at the Michigan Dual meet, placing ninth in the 3,000-meter with a time of 8:39.76 ... Posted a time of 8:37.91 in the 3,000m run at the GVSU Big Meet ... Ran a season-best time of 8:35.29 in the 3,000m run at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.

OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
INDOOR: Was the top Spartan runner at the GVSU Big Meet in the mile, running unattached with a time of 4:19.38 which was good for seventh-place.
