2006-07 (Sophomore): Competed in one match, losing the event by major decision to York[apos]s Trey Jackson, 10-1, at the Glen Brand Open.
2005-06 (RS Freshman): Went 9-9, wrestling all but one match at 174 pounds...Won four-straight matches at the EMU Open, three of which came by a 1-0 decision...Finished both the EMU Open and the Kent State Open with winning records.
2004-05 (Redshirt): Redshirted...Went 11-10 in open competition...Picked up his first-career victory in the second match of his career, 6-4, against Richard Goss of Findlay...Compiled a 4-2 record at the Muskegon Open, notching two major decisions...Went 3-2 at the Kent State Open.
PREP: Finished his career strong, with a 56-3 record as a senior...A two-time all-state selection...Was named 'Athlete of the Year' of his school in 2004...Captained both the football and wrestling squads...The Treasurer of the National Honor Society.
