Eight Receive Academic All-Big Ten Honors

East Lansing, Michigan - - Eight Michigan State volleyball athletes have earned Academic All-Big Ten honors, as announced by the Conference on Wednesday afternoon.
Junior Maggie Halloran is one of five volleyball athletes in the Conference to maintain a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average. She is an interdisciplinary studies major in social science.
Seven other athletes maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA or better. Honorees must hold at least sophomore academic standing in order to receive Academic All-Big Ten honors.
