Loyer Scores Career High 20 Points to Lead Four in Double Figures
East Lansing, Mich. – Junior guard Foster Loyer (Clarkston, Mich./Clarkston) scored a career-high 20 points and graduate student Joshua Langford (Huntsville, Ala./Madison Academy) scored 10 points in his first game action in nearly two years as No. 13 Michigan State opened the 2020-21 season with an 83-67 win over Eastern Michigan on Wednesday night at the Breslin Center.
Redshirt junior forward Joey Hauser (Stevens Point, Wis./Stevens Point) had 15 points and nine rebounds, while junior forward Gabe Brown (Ypsilanti, Mich./Belleville) had 12 points off the bench.
