Shea Decker-Jacoby joined Michigan State volleyball as technical coordinator/performance analyst in 2022 after previously working in the same role as a volunteer at Virginia and George Mason. As technical coordinator/performance analyst Decker-Jacoby handles the program’s live match coding and statistical analysis, while also overseeing video operations.
A 2019 graduate of Brandeis University, Decker-Jacoby was a four-year starter for the Judges, wrapping up her collegiate career ranked in the program’s top 15 for kills, kills per set and total matches played.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Decker-Jacoby earned her master’s degree specializing in Professional and Collegiate Operations from New York University.
