EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State volleyball head coach Kristen Kelsay announced the addition of rising junior transfer Hayley Ogden Friday.
Ogden, a 6-1 middle blocker/opposite from San Diego, arrives in East Lansing after spending the 2025 season at CSUN. She was an honorable mention selection on the 2025 Big West All-Conference team and played in 112 sets across 29 matches for the Mastodons, making 16 starts.
"I'm thrilled to add Hayley and her family to our Spartan volleyball program," said Kelsay. "The transfer process moves quickly, but I knew from my first phone call with Hayley that she would be the perfect piece in our puzzle. Her versatility, skill and work ethic are the perfect complement to our roster."

She also earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators (CSC) in 2025.
Prior to CSUN, Ogden played her freshman season at Gonzaga where she appeared in 57 sets across 18 matches with 17 starts. She led the Bulldogs in hitting efficiency (.247), total blocks (44) and blocks per set (0.77) for the 2024 season.
Ogden prepped at Santana High School in Santee, California, where she was a four-year letterwinner and earned First Team All-Grossmont Valley honors. She played club volleyball for Coast Volleyball Club.
Ogden joins senior transfers Alanna Bankston (Omaha, Neb./Lousville) and Zora Hardison (Palm Bay, Fla./Rutgers) along with rising freshmen Madi Andrews (Happy Valley, Ore.), Colbie McKenna (York, Pa.) and Alana Whitfield (Normal, Ill.) to make up MSU's six-member newcomer class for 2026. The Spartans return 11 letterwinners from last season.
