2020-21:
At his first Big Ten Championship, was the second alternate into the 200 fly (1:47.98), a time which is eighth all-time at MSU … Also swam the 50 free (21.92) and 100 fly (49.49) … At Michigan (1/22), took third for MSU in the 200 fly, posting a 1:52.72 …
Prior to MSU:
Four-year letterwinner at Vista Del Lago, earning the team High Point Award each season until Covid wiped out his senior campaign … Three-time All-League pick … League MVP as a junior, when he broke his own record in the 100 fly and and also won the 200 IM … CIF qualifier in the 100 fly … Took second at the San Joaquin section in the 100 back and fourth in the 100 fly … As a sophomore, first set the league record in the 100 fly and also won the 500 free at the league championships … Swam for the Sierra Marlin Swim Club, where he was a USA Sectional, Future, Winter, Summer Jr. Qualifier and US Open Qualifier … Futures Champion … TYR Pro Swim A Finalist … Top 100 World 18 & Under in the 200 Meter Fly … USA Swimming Scholastic All American as a senior … Swimming News Scholar Athlete all four years of his scholastic career.
